Hi my name is Alice, a London based graphic designer whose practice focuses on typography, type design and editorial design. I enjoy analogue methods of working and delving into print as a medium of communication. My personal work tends to explore themes of identity and cultural heritage, and I like to use lived experiences as a source of inspiration.

Nephology
The word ‘Nephology’ means the study of clouds. Using photography, writing and editing, the topic of clouds is explored in myriad ways in this book project. Uncomplicated in manner but playful in instances, the overall design of the book reflects the nature of clouds themselves: calm and whimsical, but at times exciting and unexpected.
Post Print:
‘Post Print’ is a speculative event that comprises of a print fair and series of talks about the topic of print and printmaking. The identity I devised for Post Print is based on the concept of the fundamental idea of printing: ink on surface. By zooming into details of different printed matter, and showcasing the intricate textures of ink that can’t be seen with the naked eye, I created a vibrant visual identity that provides a new perspective in the exploration of print.
