Crystal Shin

Hi, I am Crystal! My area of focus is branding design. I am interested in illustration, brand identity and other related subjects like package design, product design and animation. This past year I have been developing my skills in UI design, video editing, illustration and photography. I enjoy learning about new cultures and bring them into my design.

Co-Living Hub

Co-Living Hub is a community for people from all around the world to live in a shared house and share facilities. Users can choose their house by their preferences and number of housemates to live in.

I designed an app for the residents to get updates with any information about the community and events, also for them to contact their housemates to share the housework.

Vapey Cakes

I redesigned a cafe I often go to, they not only serve coffee but also bubble tea and vapes. I rebranded their shop as a more eye-catchy and trendy design so it will attract more customers to visit.

Face Changing Art

'Bianlian' is the art of face changing from the traditional Opera in Sichuan, China. Performers change their movements with rhythmic music and change their vividly coloured masks in a second. I illustrated the masks in a cartoon style and designed a brand to promote the culture.
