An A6 publication created to showcase fifty receipts collected from five individuals, honouring every memory associated to each receipt.

Celebrating the importance of preserving memories from a seemingly insignificant piece of paper, the book aims to unveil the profound sentimental value embedded within often disregarded or disposed of receipts. Focusing on the individual’s feelings and emotions at the time of purchase rather than the money spent, to create an abundance of recollections and moments of nostalgia.

Leeds Kirkgate Market 01

‘Kirkgate’ is a monthly newspaper I created in collaboration with the popular Kirkgate Market located in Leeds City Centre. The aim of this publication is to celebrate independent traders within the market, advertise the diverse range of stalls available and educate visitors with key knowledge about the market.

The structure of the newspaper is split into three categories in order to promote and celebrate Kirkgate Market. Each month the issue theme will change according to the rotation of the venture categories, giving all stalls the possibility to be included within the publication. Interviews, stall offers and facts about the market are included to allow the publication to create a personal atmosphere for the audience.
