Self-Directed Project

A research, illustration and animation project all-in-one. The aim was to produce an animation that addressed procrastination, showing a character’s movements of procrastination, whilst showing their expressive forms of emotion through colour and patterns.

As you watch the animation, focus on the decorative frames on the walls and the character’s clothes, and how they reflect the character’s state of mind as they avoid their to-do list.
