I am a graphic designer who is interested in logo design and branding. I have an open mind and think that is the process of learning without getting frustrated with failure. I also believe that I am a person who has a high potential for growth in the future by constantly challenging myself and developing my work.

Open Conversation

In life, we usually feel emotions like Displeasure, Self-esteem, Fear, Depression, Anger, Joy, Frustration, Anxiety, and Sadness. However, we often find it challenging to open up these feelings or concerns to others. And I used to believe that our worries and anxious mental states do not need to be discussed seriously in a heavy tone.

This outcome is a ‘Mind Tower Block’ where you can communicate your concerns to other people in a comfortable atmosphere in the form of a game. When the hidden questions in the mind tower block are posed, try to say your answers and share your mind with others! As much as possible!

Locus

I visited Borough Market, Regent‘s Park, Tate Modern, and King’s Cross to take photos of people’s motions.

I connected the different characteristics of ‘Place’ and ‘Person’. The medium of place has a characteristic that does not change as much, but the medium of people is very fluid and constantly changing. I thought I could create an interesting element in my project by connecting two media with these opposite characteristics together. Images that use blue dots and black lines represent one motion with different vibes. You can compare how the image of the picture has changed in an abstract way by observing a photo book that contains real pictures of people.

Positioning & Industry

I decided to re-brand the logo and packages of Skin Food, a Korean skincare brand. Skin Food is a company that pursues healthy skin care and extracts ingredients from natural products such as vegetables and fruits and uses them in their products. I selected three best-selling items of Skinfood, and designed labels and packages of carotene calming water pads, water parsley clear pads and brown sugar perfect essential scrubs.
