This is a Final Major Project created by Jiahui Shao (BA Graphic and Media Design, London College of Communication) and Yanya Cheng (BA Fashion: Design with Marketing, Central Saint Martins).

This project is a branding of the interstellar adventure. When we look up at the stars, we want to look at the beauty around us with a down to earth perspective. Our project is an attempt to remind people of the beauty of their surroundings through the lens of looking up at the stars. Time is always continuous, it cannot be separated from the past.

So we felt that retro-futuristic was very representative of the mix of time, both past and future, a style that often refers to unfamiliar spaces such as spaceships. And this space within the spaceship has some links to scenes in our lives. So the sense of space and the sense of time are both restructured in this style.

We divide time and space into positive and negative poles, deriving four conclusions.
