No MSG? Know MSG! – 2022
This is an editorial design project, about A6 size, and printed using Risograph. This project explores how MSG (monosodium glutamate) seasoning appears in our lives and discusses racial biases such as “Chinese restaurant syndrome” in western society.
From my research based on Google reviews in London, when I typed "No MSG" as the keyword, 95% of the results were Chinese restaurants, and the other 5% were Southeast Asian restaurants. Many customers were leaving angry reviews just because they thought they tasted MSG in their food, although MSG is naturally present in many foods, including some cheeses, meats, and vegetables. The older research misguided the public by implying that MSG was a toxic additive, which caused the public to be extremely sensitive to MSG just by seeing the word itself.

It’s Not So Offal After All – 2021
I aimed to design an interesting cookbook which could encourage readers to get interested in food with organ meats and realise these kinds of food could be part of their lives. The main objective is not about really teaching readers how to cook, but introducing them to more great dishes they could try in their lives.

The Meat Park (System Hacker) - 2021
Three major meat resources that human lives on are beef, pork and lamb.
