Hi, I'm Maria. I like to consider my practice as a communicator in the multidisciplinarity between art and design. I always base my projects on a deep background of research to create meaningful outcomes, where nature and science tend to be my main source of inspiration. These past years I have been developing my skills in 3D design, editorial design and illustration although my interests are wide and constantly growing.

SELF-PLANT
What if in the future science could design plants according to our personalities? They would be a living reflection of how we approach decisions, interact with our surroundings or process the information. Self-Plant aims to visualize this speculative idea, associating the five personality aspects depicted by the Myers-Briggs test (16 personalities test) to five plant parts.
Cruza
Cruza is a speculative festival with online and onsite events that promote and celebrate multidisciplinary design.
BIOPHILIA
Biophilia merges editorial design, photography and typography 3D in one project. It consists of a short publication that celebrates the intrinsic connection between humans and the natural world. The photographs show a set of still lives where typographical sculptures form the word ‘biophilia’.
