I’m a multidisciplinary designer from Malaysia with a focus on interactive experiences, branding, and editorial design. I’m especially interested in work that explores culture, connection, and sensory engagement. Still shaping my creative voice, I enjoy experimenting with different formats to find new ways of storytelling and expression.

Blooming Whispers
This project transforms everyday domestic spaces into intimate sanctuaries for calm. Created with TouchDesigner and Arduino, the project responds to the user’s breath, using a sound sensor to trigger projection-mapped visuals of blooming flowers. Through the simple act of exhaling, users activate a meditative visual sequence; a digital ritual that invites slowness, presence, and emotional grounding. The project explores how technology can coexist gently with our environments, encouraging a more mindful relationship with the spaces we live in. It is both a wellness tool and a creative intervention.

Koleksi Abi—The Keeper of The Keris
This project is a visual archive and heartfelt tribute to the traditional Malay weapon, the Keris. It is also a deeply personal tribute to my father’s lifelong love for it: a man whose passion, knowledge, and quiet reverence for these blades shaped the world around him.
I wanted to preserve not just the beauty and history of the Keris, but also my father's passion. The book blends research, photographs, and his Facebook posts, capturing both the artistry of the weapon and the personal stories tied to it.
I combined contemporary and traditional typography to reflect the balance between heritage and modern storytelling. The cover is a nod to my dad’s favourite notebook, ‘Field Notes’, something he always carries around, and now becomes part of this story too.

Rebranding Med Salleh: A Modern Take on Malaysian Tradition
This project is my take on refreshing the branding for Med Salleh, a Malaysian restaurant based in London. I drew a lot of inspiration from the charm of old-school Malaysian Kopitiams (nostalgic, everyday coffee shops filled with character).
The colour palette reflects Malaysia’s multiracial culture; vibrant, diverse, and full of warmth. The typography is heavily influenced by the bold, functional lettering you’d see on Malaysian road signs and shopfronts.
The final outcome includes a modern yet culturally familiar logo and a carefully designed menu that reflects both the food and the spirit of home.
