Biography

My main passion is in film, which significantly influenced my decision to pursue graphic design in the first place. While I appreciate various forms of design, my true aspiration is to work in the film industry, focusing on the design elements within that field.

Film Prop Design

Inspired by the book Lies of Locke Lamora, I designed a set of graphic design props as if the story were adapted into a film. I reimagined the setting to the 1920s-1930s, allowing for greater creative freedom with the designs. This project focused more on typography-based designs rather than illustrative ones. My goal was to create two distinct sets of props: one for the higher society and the other for the criminal underworld, ensuring both sets appeared cohesive and authentic to the same world.

Locus Loci

In this project, we were assigned to explore a physical location and convey its features through various engaging methods. I chose to approach this through film, using film locations in London as inspiration. I focused on Batman Begins and the use of St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, comparing the actual physical location to its portrayal in the film.
