Exploring the intricate relationship we have with our largest organ, the skin, this short film visualises the varying languages we use to describe it. By showcasing diverse perspectives, it delves into the multifaceted nature of skin through scientific, biological, poetic, sensorial, and intimate lenses. Combining analogue macro footage and kinetic typography, ‘The Language of Skin’ offers a unique, inclusive view of the diverse spectrum of identities encapsulated in our skin.
