Picasso evolved from the original realistic classicism to cubism, he expanded the objects or world he observed into figures and presented them by means of graphic static painting. In the past, people looked at the world with the idea of "what is this object?", as they had been trying to represent as closely as possible the original object. Picasso used his observation method to demonstrate the 3D world in 2D image language. I chose one of my favourite Picasso paintings, Dream, taking his idea, and divided this painting into 26 graphic shapes. I made 26 shapes into a typeface using Picasso's image language method. In order to achieve the idea of treating images as an image language, I also regarded the typeface as a pattern, and then imagine each shape as an evolution towards the state of the font pattern.
