My multicultural background is a unique aspect that I bring into my projects, allowing me to convey diverse perspectives, experiences, and knowledge. Desire to Waste
This project was a creative journey, involving the creation of various design elements for the visual identity of an exhibition and event series at the V&A titled ‘Desire to Waste’. The outcomes included multiple-format posters, speaker stings, a social media launch series, a webpage, and a PV invitation.
The exhibition’s context is a deep dive into the notion of consumerism – desires and overconsumption are the driving forces of hunger within the context of consumption. From neuro-marketing to subliminal messaging and beyond, the event aimed to explore the intricate mechanics of desire – why we crave the objects, artefacts, and substances around us – and to inform us of the current (in)human consumption levels.

This project was based on a chosen location – Alexandra Park. The project aimed to communicate aspects of the area, such as similarities, differences, colours, and tactile elements.
The viewer is invited to explore the product’s contents, the tactile materials and samples, and the editorial elements (the flip book, map, sample cards, etc.)
