Hi, I'm Liu Zhuoyu. My area of focus is generative design and critical design. I will use a lot of symbolic images to convey the concept. I'm interested in a studio that works this way. In the past year, I have tried to develop my narrative through sound, movement, different carriers, philosophy, etc., which are shown in my projects.

From artificial intelligence, virtual reality, blockchain and other technologies that have the potential to change the future, people gradually become slaves to technology. They are faced with the temptations brought by all kinds of technology, making people more likely to become addicted and greedy. How should we face such a future? From the Buddhist point of view, everything for man is a concordant of many conditions and there is very little that we
can control. Therefore, we face the world with peace of mind, do not cling to what cannot be obtained, and face the challenges of technology with respect.

The battle for urban survival statement

In 2020 the Chinese government put forward a plan to realise a well-off society in an all-round way and eliminate absolute poverty. This caused me to bring attention to the existing situation of different social strata and question, as China reforms and opens up the rapid development of industrialisation, urbanisation creates lots of jobs and rising space makes many people change their fate. But, to a certain degree, social economic development will be class curing, resulting in a surge in house prices, especially in second-tier cities as many people become mortgage slaves, and especially as the underlying labour force is eliminated to get rid of the poverty risk. Like abandoned babies, they become lazy, resigned and helpless. I hope to show the background of a Chinese social people to the public through the construction of a virtual human market day, so as to re-understand a society with multiple dimensions.

Matter and Fiction

The real existence of the material world is not the same as the world seen by man. People have their own feelings and thoughts about things, which makes them have their own understanding of the material world. And people will observe things as a variety of symbols, to help people understand and know the world. Therefore, I tried to reprocess the similarity between substances through objective observation. Let people feel and think about the real and virtual existence.
